The investment firm of SouthBridge Advisors, decided to establish its new offices, in a building of the 20’s, on Vas. Sofias str., close to Hilton hotel.

 

The project is about the full renovation of a 350 sq. meter floor apartment. Because of the continuous changes, throughout the years, the apartment prior to its restoration, was completely “bare”, as none of its initial decorative features was preserved.

 

Therefore, the design approach is defined by a modern point of view that creates a pleasant and flexible working environment with a corporate character, in order to highlight the timeless and refined aesthetics of this space.
